Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days, starting the day on which the goods came into your physical possession.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement sent via email to sales@rjelectrics.net
You will be reimbursed without undue delay and within 14 days of the day goods are returned.
If you return the product(s) in person or send them, they will be at your risk until they are received by the seller. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the product(s) while they are in your possession.
Products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them. The seller reserves the right to deduct an amount from the reimbursement where the value of the goods has been diminished by handling them beyond what is necessary.
When your refund may be reduced.
- If the product(s) have been used or installed
- If you handle the product(s) in a way which would not be acceptable in-store or
- If accessories are missing, we may only offer a partial refund in order to compensate you for the reduced value of the product(s). For example, the seller may only offer a partial refund if the condition of the product(s) is not as new or the packaging is damaged. In some cases, because of the way you have treated the product(s), no refund may be due.
Unless the seller offers to collect the product(s) from you free of charge, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product(s).
When you will lose your right to cancel
In the case of a sales contract where installation services have been completed within the 14-day cancellation period, the buyer still has the right to cancel and return the goods (as described above) but will have to pay for, or receive no reimbursement for, the service element of the contract. Also please note as per the above that your refund may be reduced if products have been used or installed, or if the packaging is damaged.
