The science of sound – Bowers and Wilkins uses computer modelling to explore every aspect of loudspeaker design in their state of the art 800 Series Diamond range.
The 803 D4 mounts two Aerofoil bass cones in twin solid aluminium bass pods, each clamped into an aluminium plate, providing the perfect mechanical location for those powerful bass cones.
Every stereo model in the 800 Series Diamond range has a significantly upgraded cabinet with an all-new aluminium top plate. The cabinets are made from a continuous curved section of wood, which resists mechanical resonances far better, and ensures better dispertion of sound.
Available in gloss black, white, satin rosenut or satin walnut. Grille finishes – black, grey, black, grey.
